You will receive a shipment registration email from GLS. This means your shipment has been registered but not yet shipped. This email does not include tracking number.You will receive another email with shipping confirmation and tracking code.

Please note there can go up to 24 hours the shipment confirmation is sent and tracking is visible. If you have any inquries, please contact GLS directly.

All orders are shipped with GLS.

Standard freight costs 35 kr. Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days of the order being shipped.

Note: All orders are shipped with tracking. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent when the order leaves our warehouse. Visit the vendor's website and enter the code to track your order.

Orders are only shipped on working days from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following working day.

Some items sold by MAC Cosmetics Online require special treatment in accordance with federal, state, or local laws regarding the transportation of these items. Shipping method for these goods is governed by these rules. We are subject to these rules and this means that we may not be able to ship certain items to you. MAC Cosmetics Online is not responsible for any damage, defect or non-conformity or loss arising from goods delivered to a company that forwards the goods. This means that MAC Cosmetics Online is not responsible for delivering a new item or refunding the value of any goods delivered to such company. If you choose to use a carrier forwarding package, we recommend that you instruct this company to reject all arriving packages with visible damage. If a parcel is lost or damaged after it has been received by the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility.
