3 WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Orders are shipped by standard delivery and expected delivery time is 4-5 business days after shipment has left the warehouse.

4 HOW DO I USE AN OFFER CODE?

To redeem an offer code, simply enter your offer code in the text box marked "Offer Code" on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the Order Review page.

Important Notes: One (1) Offer Code may be used per order.

5 HOW CAN I GET FREE SAMPLES?

Love finding new MAC favorites? With every order you have the possibility to choose MAC samples to test and try. You can view the samples selection currently available at checkout. After you have selected 2 samples, they will be automatically added to your basket. Samples are limited and may change from time to time. Only one of each sample can be added per order. Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order.

6 GIFT WITH PURCHASE AND PROMOTIONS

GWP offers are always whilst stocks last. We reserve the right to exchange the GWP at any time due to availability or out of stock issues.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your M·A·C purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange for another item. 14HOW CAN I BOOK A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?

We'd love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked individually by store so select a location and call directly for scheduling and costs.

16WHY IS MY FAVOURITE PRODUCT DISCONTINUED? CAN I STILL PURCHASE IT?

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Our M·A·C Artists are happy to help you find new favourites.
